Ich suche eine möblierte Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete, ab 01.09 bis mindestens Januar 2019. Ich habe bisher schon mehrere möblierte Wohnungen gemietet und würde selbstverständlich auch sehr gut auf Ihr Eigentum aufpassen. Ich hab meine Doktorarbeit in 2006 in Amerika abgeschlossen, und dann auch einen Master-Studium an der Uni Heidelberg in 2014 gemacht. Seit September 2017 bin ich in München bei einem Pharmakonzern berufstätig.

Ich bin sehr zuverlässig, ordentlich, und kein Party-Mensch. Ich hab einen kleinen süßen mini-Dackel (ca. 5kg), Mirabell. Sie wohnt nun schon seit 9 Jahren mit mir zusammen und hat keine Möbel beschädigt. Obwohl sie natürlich sehr süß, freundlich und auch sauber ist, hat Mirabell klare Regeln in meiner Wohnung. Sie hat ein eigenes Körbchen in das sie sich gerne legt und auch schläft.

Ansonsten möchte ich gern eine Wohnung mit einer eigenen Waschmaschine. Eine Spülmaschine wäre definitiv ein Vorteil.

Hello!

I'm looking for a furnished apartment beginning Septmeber 1 until at least January 2019. I've rented several furnished apartments in the past, and would take very good care of your belongings. I finished my doctorate in 2006 in America, and then completed a Master's Degree at the Uni Heidelberg in 2014. Since Septmber 2017 I have been working full-time in Munich at a large pharmaceutical company.

I am very dependable, clean, and am not a partier. I have a small mini-Daschund, Mirabell. She has been with me for 9 years, and has never damaged any furniture. She is very sweet, friendly, and clean, and has clear rules in the apartment. She has a small crate that she relaxes and sleeps in.

I'd like an apartment with its own washing machine. A dishwasher would be an advantage.
