Professional looking for a room in central Munich

Hello,

I recently moved from Milan to Munich for work purposes and I'm looking for a room in central Munich with the intention to stay there for a short-term. My maximum budget is 650 EUR per month, including expenses.
To tell you a bit about myself, I'm 27 years old professional working as a Project Manager in the IT sector. My current job is located near Königsplatz, therefore I need a central place nearby to avoid large commutations.
In regards to character, I'm a very calmed and tidy person who enjoys having home-cooked meals in the evenings and doing some outdoor activities during the weekends. I like to keep my living space organised and clean, so you can be sure I'll take care of your property as if it was of my own.
I would really prefer to have an already furnished room, so if you have or know about a place available I will very much appreciate your kind contact.
