Hi there. My name is Peter. I am from Slovakia but recently spending a lot of time in Munich. I would be relocating from Barcelona to here. I am looking for an apartment near the city center for a short or possibly long term. I am reliable and clean guy who always takes care of my stuff and living space. I am a freelancer piano teacher and instructor. My passion is music and art of any kind. Germany and specially Munich is my second home since many years. Therefor I have decided to come and live here. My preferred area to be is Schwabing but anything close by to the city center would be amazing. I promise to take good care of the flat I will be lucky to be in. I have been landlord myself for many years so I know how important it is to get a good tenant.
