Am living in Munich for three years already, am a Manager by Big-4 Audit Firm, where I am working already for almost 8 years (4 years in Moscow). Am interested in a long-term apartment for me for a reasonable price not far from the center with balcony/terrace and an installed kitchen. Can offer: timely rental payments (limit for Kaltmiete - 1100 EUR), quietness, cleanliness and rare being at home due to long working hours/business trips/constant weekend travels. So in general am a perfect candidate for a flat ;)
Und ja, ich kann auch ganz gut Deutsch.
