28 years old, man, phd student, come from China.
I have working contract with the MLZ center, so I have a stable income.
I only stay in the house at night or during the weekends. I do not smoke and I am always quiet.
I want to rent the room for 6 months, start from 15th, Sept(for more details, we can talk).
Actually, I do not have much needs for renting a room. I will work at the MLZ (Heinz Maier-Leibnitz Zentrum) center from 16th, Sept for about 6 months. A studio will be perfect for me. I can afford as much as 900 €. the size of the room can range from 15m2 to 25m2.
The location is the most important thing. I want to get to TUM Garching in 1 hour. It would be better if it is near the U6 metro line.
