Hi there,
I’m a PhD student now. This is my first year in LMU, I will graduate in 2025. If possible, I want to rent a flat till 2025 till now. I need it big enough for 2 people and no more than 700 per month. I and my wife are both PhD students, so in the work time, we usually go to our institute and would not cost too much power and water. On the weekends we prefer to clean our home together.
