helle ruhige 1,5 -zimmer Wohnung Pont/Rütsch/Lousberg

Die Wohnung hat drei große Südfenster, die immer viel Sonnenschein in die Wohnung hereinlassen. Die Wohnung lässt sich in zwei Bereiche aufteilen, wobei sich die Kochnische und die Dusche in dem kleineren Raum befinden. Zusätzlich gibt es ein kleines Zimmer mit Toilette und Waschmaschine neben der Wohnungstür.

Da die Fenster zum Innenhof hin geöffnet sind, ist es tagsüber und nachts sehr ruhig. Im Gebäude wohnen hauptsächlich Studierende.

Die Kaltmiete inklusive Nebenkosten beträgt 380 €, dazu kommen noch Strom, Gas und Internet. Momentan zahle ich monatlich 23 € für Strom, 26 € für Gas und 32 € für Internet. Am Jahresende bleibt dabei immer etwas übrig, sodass die Warmmiete insgesamt etwa 460 € beträgt.

The apartment has three large south-facing windows that always let in a lot of sunshine. The apartment can be divided into two areas, with the kitchenette and shower located in the smaller room. Additionally, there is a small room with a toilet and washing machine next to the apartment door.

Since the windows face an inner courtyard, it is very quiet during the day and at night. Generally, students live in the building.

The base rent including additional costs is 380 €, in addition to which there are costs for electricity, gas, and internet. Currently, I pay 23 € for electricity, 26 € for gas, and 32 € for internet monthly, with some remaining at the end of the year. This makes the total monthly rent approximately 460 € including utilities.
