Studio apartment in a good neighbourhood (Frankenberg) fully equipped with furniture

I'm moving out to another city after spending beautiful days with this house.

It is a 35m2 studio flat. Ideal for students who wants privacy and cozy place or postgraduates as well as young professionals. There is an elevator in the building which gives you relief when you need to carry heavy things (I managed to fit everything you see in the pictures inside that). Internet connection, water, heating, cleaning and repair of the building, maintenance of elevator etc. is included in the price. The only thing is not included is the electricity which you should sign up (Just an e-mail that's it). Washing machines are located in the cellar. Most of the furnitures and kitchen utensils were bought and only used only by me. They are in good conditions and I'll give the flat to someone that will buy them from me. (We can negotiate the price). Please state that you are eager to buy while making your inquiry.

The front door of the building is the bus stop where you can use 7-27-37-33 numbered busses. Almost all of the busses of the city can be reached by 5-10 minutes of walking. Main train station is 10-15 minutes walking distance. There is a Netto directly in front of the building and the best REWE in Aachen as well as Penny is within 10 minutes walking distance. The Frankenberg Castle and the Park is 3 minutes by foot where you can enjoy long sunny days, play table tennis, volleyball, attend random concerts, drink and chill. You can find hundreds of best restaurants,cafes,bars nearby. I don't think that there is any better place in Aachen.

The sole decision will be made by landlady. For that reason you need to proof your income by anyhow.
