Dorm room near the RWTH gym

The rooms are approximately 10m 2 in size and are furnished with a bed (including slatted frame and mattress), desk, chair and small side table. All furniture can be exchanged with private furnishings as desired. There are also large built-in cupboards and a sink in each.

There are a sufficient number of toilets and showers in the corridors. These and the kitchens are cleaned by cleaning staff four times a week.

Depending on the size of the room, the monthly rent is around €200(it is including utilities). Some larger rooms are slightly more expensive. In addition to this rent, there are also some internal contributions, such as costs for the internet and kitchen utensils totaling around €5 per month.
