I would like to sub rent my place for a couple of months ending at the 31th May. However it is possible to rent it as the long term after this contract. My place is a very cozy and calm place for students with a good accessibility to the city center. The markets are located near by as well as the university sport center; an ideal place for students and enough space to invite your friends and spend time together.
The price and the date can be negotiable.
It is located near bendplatz , also the train station, ponttor is 5 min far from here. The accessibility is great and ideal for students. There is a private parking lot at the yard.
There is WLAN and the place has its own kitchen and bathroom.
