1 Zimmer Wohnung in Neubau Co Living Space!

Hey:) Ich bin Lisa und studieren gerade im Master in Berlin. Ich vermiete aufgrund von einem Auslandsjahr mein Zimmet bis zum 23.9.2023 - eine Verlängerung ist gegebenenfalls möglich, das müsste dann nochmal mit der Hausverwaltung geklärt werden.
Das Zimmer ist vollmöbiliert und ist mit einer kleinen Küche, eigenem Bad und einem kleinen Balkon ausgestattet.
Außerdem gibt es eine menge community Räume z.B eine große Küche, Hauskino, Gym, Waschräume und eine große lobby mit arbeitsplätzen und chill areas.

In den 667€ ist alles inklusive: Wlan, wasser, strom, heizung und hausmeisterdienst.
Es könnte sein, dass sich die nebenkosten - wie überall - erhöhen. Um wie viel genau kann ich leider jetzt noch nicht sagen.

In addition, there are a lot of community rooms such as a large kitchen, house cinema, gym, laundry rooms and a large lobby with workstations and chill areas.

In the 667€ everything is included: wifi, water, electricity, heating and janitorial service.
It could be that the additional costs - like everywhere - will increase. Exactly how much I can not say yet.
