April § May Lease single apartment in Schöneberg / Zwischenmiete 1-Zi Wohnung in Schöneberg

It is a sublet from 01.04.2024 until 31.05.2024. We can also agree on the earlier start / move out and be flexible. It is possible that you will be able to rent this flat until end of the summer.
All my stuff will be gone so you can unpack yours and feel like home.

The place is perfect for one person. It has everything for working, a working space with an electric desk with adjustable height and a monitor. There is everything for cooking, has a washing machine, wifi and a balcony.
It is in a perfect location in Schöneberg, 1 min to the metro (U7 & U4 Bayerischer Platz) and bus (M46 Grunewaldstr). It only takes 10 min to get to Kreuzberg, perfect location in the southwest.

Since it is a short sublet, you cannot do Anmeldung, but I can consider possibilities to let you get post and packages.
The flat is fully equipped for working, cooking and living. Heating, internet and electricity is included, the deposit is 900 EUR because you will be using everything in the flat for your comfort and will get the full amount back if you do not break anything and don't go crazy on the heating (like hot baths three times a day). You get your deposit back on the day you move out, I will be there.
For your and mine security, we will make a contract.
