Flat to sublet for 3 months. No anmeldung, but official registration with the immobilien agency. It's a nice sunny flat with south facing windows, tiny kitchen, living room, separate bedroom, and bathroom without external windows. It's an altbau, so things are nice and rinky-dinky. There are 35+ plants in the flat which, if all kept alive, you will get a discount on the rent at the end :). They're not specially difficult to maintain but I specifically want someone with a green thumb this time around.
The little balcony/loggia is great for the first sunbathing in the season and peoplewatching in the park outside.
All furnished and equipped, even with a tiny dishwasher in the tiny kitchen. My stuff will be here, but I will try to make as much place available for comfortable living.
Hermannstrasse U+Sbahn is very near walking distance so perfectly connected to the city with ringbahn and U8. The tempelhofer feld is at the end of the street. Lots of supermarkets and food options on walking distance.
I am specifically looking for someone relaxed and not a heavy walker, because it's an old building with thin floors and I don't want issues with my neighbours below. It's not unreasonably thin, but you can't go and do jumping workouts in the flat unfortunately. I will not reply to people who are ghosts on the internet- I wanna have some security as all my personal belongings will be here in the house.
