Hey guys,
I am going to Cologne for an internship and would like to rent my room in this dormitory: http://www.studentenwerk-berlin.de/wohnen/studentische_wohnanlagen/biesdorf/index.html.
The room has a small kitchenette and a bathroom. And it is completely equipped.
I can only rent the room to a college student (any college in the world, not only Berlin). The rent is 210 Euro, heat and electricity is included. Internet is availble in the dormitory, but you will have to organize that for yourself please.
Before renting, I expect to get to know the person at least via skype. So it would be nice, if you could introduce yourself a little bit with your first message already.
The dormitory is in Biesdorf, which is in the east of Berlin. The area is very quiet, but we have a grocery store, drugstore and bank across the street. Thats very convenient.
We have a bus stop across the street which takes you to a SBahn station in only 4 minutes. By walk, its 15 minutes to an SBahn station, by bike only 5.
