I am Kim, I am subletting my appartment from (21 Feb -19 March )

🏠About the Appartement

Rent is 550 Euro included everything , no hidden and extra fee . It’s a 30m2 tiny cosy place which is newly renovated ,wall are newly painted, floor is new too.
There is a corridor from the entry to the toilet ( there is a washing machine ), then it’s a quiet living room with open kitchen ( oven, fridge toaster ), there is a double bed 140x 120cm and two work desks also cloth hanging space.

📍About the amazing location:

-5 mins walk from TU
-5 mins walk to S Savignyplatz / U Ernst-Reuter-Platz.
- 15 walk to Zoologischer Garten , you could enjoy a refreshing run anytime in the park.
- 5-10 mins walk you can reach super market e.g Hit, penny , Edeka ,Lidl etc

Food option: There are lots of restaurants and bar around because Kantstraße is close by.


I am looking for someone who is s clean and tidy person , it is important to respect my neighbour without sound distribution at night. I respect you may host a friend for a 1-2 nights max. but please asked me in advance. Plus No party please .

❌Please note this is a one person flat instead of couple flat.

💰About deposit:
The deposits will be 550 euro, you will receive the full deposits in 2 workdays when everything is alright ( key return / wall and floor are clean , nothing broken )
the handover day estimated to be
20 th Tue or 21 March wed ( depends on your schedule)

⚡️During your stay , I have my private belongings store in the shelf in the apartment and I do not expect anyone to touch or use them.
