I am not in Berlin for the time from 18.12.2015 to 06.01.2016, so I am looking for somebody who wants to rent my apartment (One person only). It’s located next to TU Mensa.
It’s a furnished 1 bedroom apartment (23m²) with a little kitchen and your own bath.
The rent is 18€/day, that includes all the costs (also a very high speed internet!).

I would ask you to indicate the time period that you want to stay. As I will leave my stuff here, I must find a reliable person, so please also write down your purpose and some infomation. If everything is fine I will respond you and we can meet up, so that you can have a look at the apartment.
The location ist just great, especially for students from TU Berlin. You`re just on the campus of the TU Berlin. The station "zoologischer Garten" is just 5 minutes walk away, the U-Bahn station “Ernst-Reuter-Platz as well. The busses M45 and 245 are just around the corner. The apartment is located very central and the famous Kurfürstendamm is just 10 minuets walk away. There is a supermarket “Ulrich” at the station zoologischer garten, it is open every day of the week and on holidays. Other possibilities to buy groceries are Lidle and Aldi a bit further away, but you can reach it with the bike really quick.
