Ich ziehe mit meinem Freund zusammen und biete meine Wohnung mind. 2 Monate vom 15.6.-Ende August zur Zwischenmiete an, bevor mein Mietvertrag ausläuft.

Die Wohnung hat eine kleine abtrennbare Küche, Bad mit Wanne und ein großes Schlafzimmer. Möbel wie Bett, Kommode, Regal, Tisch und Stuhl sind vorhanden. Ich kann einen Satz an Tellern, Töpfen und Besteck in der Küche hinterlassen. Bettwäsche ebenso nach Bedarf.

Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Karl - August Kiez, ein Wochenmarkt ist direkt vor der Tür und es sind viele tolle Restaurants auf der Kantstraße und in den umliegenden Straßen zu finden. Die schönen Parks Lietzensee und Schloss Charlottenburg sind fußläufig entfernt, zudem ist die ÖNV Anbindung optimal mit U7, U2 und der S-Bahn umliegend.

I'm moving in with my boyfriend and I'm offering my apartment for rent for at least 2 months from June 15 to the end of August before my lease expires.
