1 Zimmer Wohnung in Charlottenburg

Hey everyone, I am an artist and will be in Iceland for a few months, so I am renting out my 1-room-apartment from January - May/ eventually end of June 2022. The flat is located in Charlottenburg (S Bahn Charlottenburg or U7 Bahn Wilmersdorfer Str./Adenauerplatz, 7min walking distance each)

Since I will be out of town I need a responsible and communicative lodger that treats my belongings well. The flat is fully furnished but rather studential equipped, I do not have a table at the moment because I dont like tables. The flat is in the back house of an old building (over 100 years old) with high ceilings - which also means you do hear your neighbors. If thats inconvenient for you this offer may not be a match. Rent is 650€ including water/electricity/gas, internet, GEZ media fee, house cleaner (just the hallways, not the apartment itself).
I will be gone until May for sure, I might extend my stay in Iceland until June 30th, but not later than that. But I will tell you in advance about my plan.

The rent needs to be transferred to my bank account monthly on the 1st. Since I will be gone, I really need someone for the whole duration of Jan-May/June. This must be part of the contract.

Important: I prefer a female or queer person for my apartment, or at least no male. NO MACHOS, LADS AND DUDES.
Any application by such will be rejected. :)
