Studio with mini-kitchen and bathroom in student residence

I have a little studio in a student residence in a very nice, silent and clean area in close proximity to FU Berlin. As I'm currently on an exchange abroad, I'd be very glad to sublet it to you as a student!

The studio is newly renovated, with a light and modern bathroom. The area is green and silent. A mini-kitchen and refrigerator allows you too cook in the room but a shared kitchen can be used too to get in touch with the other students. Shared washing machines are available at a fee (a caretaker available Monday-Friday will be able give you all the advice you need.)

The room is on the ground floor. The atmosphere and bathroom is very nice, however, no luxury should be expected as it is a public student residence, of course. In the living room, there are only roof lights as windows. The bigger windows are found in the bathroom. However, especially in summer, there is so much light and the garden, so light is abundant!

Furniture is complete (desk, chair, bed, closet, lamps). The only thing you would have to get is a bed cover for you.

I'd be happy if you could briefly give some details about you and what you're doing in Berlin.

We will have to ask for permission for you to stay (which is just a formal procedure!), which might take some days. Then I could give you the keys personally by the end of the week. If you're in a hurry, an earlier move-in date might be possible, to. In September, you would only have to pay for the days you stay.
