Single room apartment near FU Berlin for sublet, available between 17-03 to 17-04

Hello, this is a single room apartment in a nice, quiet area of Dahlem. The current tenant is temporarily out of Berlin and therefore the apartment is on offer for sublet between 17th March and 17th April.

Since the apartment is located in quiet area of Dahlem, you will not struggle with city noise. The apartment is in extreme proximity to the university FU Berlin/underground station U3. The ring bahn is five U bahn stops away. The current tenant is a student. Some belongings of the tenant are still present in the apartment, but they rest in one corner and should not cause inconvinience. The kitchen area is not large but is sufficient for single person cooking. Kitchen utensils are available to use. A bed, couch and a fridge is also present, but no washing machine/dishwasher.

Single person (no couples) will be preferred in this offer. I expect the subtenant to be reliable and trustworthy. And you should be able to take care of the apartment's belongings.
