One room apartment. With separeted ambients: kitchen, living room, bedroom and widespread toilett. A small storage room. A big closet in tne entrance and a clobber.
The house has been decorated for two persons,we have been living here for 9 months. We have bought a bed and many useful things to have everything you need, with no luxury but all need it. But unfortunately we have to leave the house for personal reasons.
Its a 40 m2 house, on a Erdgeschoss with a beatiful little garden where you can enjoy breakfast and plant some flowers. Its very bright and calm. And when you get use to the size of the house you can easily have guests over.
It has a double bed and a coach sofa. Its even perfect for two friends. I invite you to come and see it !! THE CONDITIONS CAN BE DISCUSS

Friedenau is a district of Berlin in the district of Tempelhof-Schöneberg. A special feature is the former planning by the partial horseshoe-shaped arrangement of streets. Friedenau is one of the smallest in terms of area and the most densely populated among the 96 districts of Berlin.
In the area there are 3 big shopping centers, with many shoops (from Primark to highlevel shops), supermarkets, fitness studios, hairdresser, solarium, direct conection with Schlatensee.
Only one minute by foot its Sbahn Feuerbachstrasse; 2 minutes to Ubahn Walther Schreiber Platz; diferents lines of buses.
We´ve been living here for less than a year and for personal reason we have to leave the house. We have bought mostly everything its in the pictures. The house its PROVISIONFREI , due to I have talk with the owner so the next person doesnt have to pay the provision (like we did), and instead HAS TO BUY THE MOBILIERT. We have spendaprox 1400 € (Only the bed costed 600€...). HOW MUCH WILL YOU PAID? Obviously then all the stuff will be yours. A list can be send.
The house its not cheap but its worth it because of the neighborhood, and the wonderfull thing that its to have everything just 5 minutes away. Its very well located and connected with public transport.
