Hey :) ich bin Jasmin und vermiete meine süße 1 Raum Wohnung für mindestens 2-3 Monate, da ich für ein Praktikum in eine andere Stadt muss. Die Wohnung kostet monatlich 800€ warm. Die Wohnung befindet sich in Friedrichshain zwischen Ostkreuz/ Treptower Park. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten zum Feiern, Einkaufen oder Spazierengehen an der Spree.
Bahnhof Ostkruez, Treptower Park und Warschauer Str. sind jeweils nur 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Zur Bushaltestelle sind es 3 Minuten laufen. Zu Netto und Lidl sind es nur 2-5 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Wohnhaus verfügt über einen Fahrstuhl. In der Wohnung gibt es einen Flur mit Spiegel, Schuhregal, 2 Kommoden, das Wohn/Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Bett, Kleiderstange und Schrank, einen Schreibtisch, kleinem Schränkchen und Spiegel ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne/Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung ist schön lichtdurchflutet und ruhig. Haustiere und Rauchen sind in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt! Möchte auch keine Partys oder dauerhaften Männerbesuch in der Wohnung :D! Du kannst dich in der Wohnung gut einrichten, da ich alle meine persönlichen Dinge rausräumen werde. Du bekommst frische Handtücher und frische Bettwäsche und darfst alle meine Küchenutensilien wie Tee, Gewürze, Öl etc. nutzen. Ich habe Pflanzen, die ich sehr lieb habe und suche jemanden mit grünem Daumen, der sie ab und an gießt :). Ebenfalls ist es mir wichtig, dass eine saubere, verantwortungsvolle Person die Wohnung bezieht. Bevorzugt Frauen, weil ich selber als Frau einfach keine fremden Männer in der Wohnung haben will (no shade)!

- Kaution auf Absprache
- Erste Monatsmiete sowie die Kaution müsste ausgezahlt werden bei der persönlichen Schlüssel/Wohnungsübergabe.
- Keine Anmeldung möglich
- 30€ würde ich für die Endreinigung zum Auszug verlangen

Daten sind flexibel - Aus und Einzug kann früher, sowie später erfolgen. Wie es dir am besten passt :)!

Hey :) I'm Jasmin and I'm renting out my cute 1 room apartment for at least 2-3 months, as I have to move to another city for an internship. The apartment costs 800€ warm per month. The apartment is located in Friedrichshain between Ostkreuz/ Treptower Park. There are many possibilities for partying, shopping or walking along the river Spree.
Ostkruez station, Treptower Park and Warschauer Str. are each only 10-15 minutes away on foot. The bus stop is a 3-minute walk away. Netto and Lidl are only a 2-5 minute walk away. The apartment building has an elevator. In the apartment there is a hallway with mirror, shoe rack, 2 chests of drawers, the living/bedroom is furnished with a bed, clothes rail and wardrobe, a desk, small cupboard and mirror. The bathroom has a bathtub/washing machine. The apartment is flooded with light and quiet. Pets and smoking are not allowed in the apartment! Would also not like any parties or permanent male visitors in the apartment :D! You can make yourself comfortable in the apartment as I will remove all my personal belongings. You will get fresh towels and fresh bedding and may use all my kitchen utensils like tea, spices, oil etc. I have plants that I love very much and am looking for someone with green fingers to water them from time to time :). It is also important to me that a clean, responsible person moves into the apartment. Preferably women, because as a woman myself I simply don't want any strange men in my apartment (no shade)! Also the apartment is all pastels - why would a man be there ;p!

- Deposit by arrangement
- The first month's rent and the deposit must be paid when the keys/apartment are handed over in person.
- No registration possible
- I would charge 30€ for the final cleaning for moving out
