Subletting Cosy 1-room Apartment in Friedrichshain

Hi there! I am subletting my cosy and bright 1-room apartment in the heart of Friedrichshain from 1 August 2023 - 31 January 2024 (potentially also longer) as I will be on a longer work trip abroad. I am looking for someone to take care of the apartment and also water my plants once in a while 🌱.

The apartment is the perfect place to start your Berlin adventure and explore the city. Being located in the heart of Friedrichshain, it is centrally located (2 min walk to Boxhagener Platz) and perfectly connected by public transport (S/U-Bahn, tram, bus). It has all the amenities you need: A fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, water heater, toaster, etc.), a bright living room/bedroom with a comfy couch to relax, a kingsize bed and a modern bathroom with a bath tub. Of course there is fast WiFi and also a washing machine.

The apartment is on the 4th floor facing the courtyard, so it is very quiet and there is a lot of sunlight coming in through the windows, especially nice in the gray Berlin winter months ;)

***Important note: ***
I have somebody helping me with cleaning the flat, who is coming in every two weeks around noon. While I am away, I would like to give this person the opportunity to continue working at my place, so this would mean an additional 80 EUR (40 EUR per session) directly payable to the cleaner. I would give preference to a person who is willing to follow through with this arrangement. Please let me know if this is ok with you.

Please no pets and no smoking.
The apartment will be rented to 1 person only. No couples, and no families, sorry :/
And sorry again, no Anmeldung possible either at this moment :/
