1-Zimmerwohnung Friedrichshain permanent contract - please read description carefully before contacting me!

Hello,

I'm leaving my flat and looking for a new Nachmieter*In. It is a nice 1-Zimmerwohnung in Friedrichshain with balcony.

Few important points before you contact me.

1. I will leave the apartment the last weekend of June or the first weekend of July. That still depends on my moving plans. I should have more clarity soon.

2. I have agreed with the Hausverwaltung that I will find a new Nachmieter*in. Only contact me if you have all the required documents per pdf i.e. salary slips, Schufa (jetzt beantragen) , ... . I will send three profiles to the Hausverwaltung and they will take the final decision.

3. The walls of the hallway and kitchen need to be painted again in white. This will be your responsibility incl. the costs. It would be rather minor given the size of the hallway and kitchen.

4. Miete and costs might be increased slightly but that is something you need to discuss with the Hausverwaltung.

5. I only accept people that can drop by in person.

6. I'm planning to sell most of my furniture so that can be discussed. Also taking over contract internet and electricity.
