Hi everybody,

I am renting out my newly renovated small apartment in the trendy East-Berliner neighbourhood of Friedrichshain.
The apartment is super close to the cool Simon-Dach neighbourhood, which is full of bars, restaurants, small shops, young independent fashion labels. Not to forget – the best clubs of the city – if not of whole Germany – just around the corner.:)

The apartment lies super quiet in the backyard of a nice renovated house from around 1906.

The connection to public transportation is VERY convenient to the subway as well as the tram. (Subway Station & Tram Station: Frankfurter Tor / Corner Warschauer Straße)

By foot to the closest subway-station / Frankfurter Tor: 1 min

By foot to the Simon-Dach neighbourhood: 5 min

Facility:
The apartment has in the living/sleeping room, kitchen (dishwasher and washing machine & bath, everything necessary including kitchen equipment, TV, washing machine, pillow and blanket & sheets & towels.

The rent for the flat is for one full month - extra days will be calculate in relation.

In addition I would ask for:
- Proof of income or something similar
- A proof from the previous landlord, that there are no open rents
- personal liability insurance

If you wanna stay longer, it might work out, too.
