ich suche eine/-n Zwischenmieterin/- für den Zeitraum vom 1. Juni bis zum 30. Juni 2015.
Die Wohnung ist ungefähr 40m2 groß, mit komfortabler separater Küche und kleinem Bad mit Dusche. Sie wird komplett möbliert und ausgestattet (Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Doppelbett, großen Schreibtisch …) untervermietet.
Die Wohnung liegt im Hinterhaus im dritten Stock. Sie ist deswegen sehr ruhig, obwohl sie unmittelbar im lebhaften Boxhagener Kiez liegt. Die Simon-Dach-Straße mit all ihren Bars, Cafes, Restaurants ist zu Fuß in zwei Minuten zu erreichen. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, so wie am Wochenende auch Bauern- und Flohmarkt sind vorhanden.
Die U-Bahnstationen Samariterstraße und Frankfurter Tor (U5) sind nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Internet (W-Lan) anwesend und mit einer Nachbarin geteilt.
Die Miete beträgt 550,00 € alles inklusive + 250 € Kaution.

Hi everybody!
I am leaving Berlin for a couple of weeks and my beloved apartment will be therefore free from June 1st till the 30th of June.
It is a one bedroom flat of around 40 m2 with big kitchen and a comfortable little bad with shower. Very nice wooden floor in corridor and bedroom. I sublet it completely furnished and equipped (washing machine, fridge, double bed, big desk …). The flat has the windows on the back yard, third floor and it is therefore very quiet.
It is located in the middle of the Boxhagener Kiez, one minute from the vibrant Simon Dach Strasse. The cinema Intimes with its nice Café is almost in front of the house. All around bars, cafes, restaurants, shops, and on Saturday and Sunday respectively farmers’ and flea market.
U-Bahn Station Samariterstrasse (U5) is just 5 Min. by foot, U-Bahn and Tram Station Frankfurter Tor 8 Min.
Internet flat rate is shared with my neighbour.
