I’ve lived in my studio for a year now, and am renting it out in September as I will be gone the whole month.

The apartment has a slightly unusual set up, which is what I initially liked about it. There is the living / sleeping area, there is the floor, there is the guest bathroom, and then there is the kitchen / bathroom. The kitchen is nice and big, and in the back they created a sort of bathroom, but without a door. You have everything you need there, the placement is just a bit unusual. The place screams IKEA and looks slightly girly, so you would have to be able to live with that for a month! I think it has absolutely everything you need there. Make yourself at home I would say! Apart from the usual suspects like furniture, you’ll find bed sheets, towels, cleaning stuff (oh I do hope you are going to clean a bit), all sorts of books, cooking supplies, hair dryer, whatever. The flat has fast Internet from the Telekom and even an extremely coollandline phone! With this orange monster you can make free calls to Germany and all the
countries listed here: Countryflat Telekom.
The location is pretty awesome, very close to S-Bahnhof Warschauer Straße, extremely close to all possible party and dinner locations, but in a somehow very quiet street. And I can assure you that the Berghain is very well isolated, so don’t worry about all-weekend techno beats in your bedroom! There is a 24/7 Kaisers just around the corner, but Aldi, Rewe, Lidl and Netto are also close. The M10 stops very close and will bring you everywhere between Friedrichshain and Mitte, every day, every night. The S-Bahn will take you to Alexanderplatz
and the U-Bahn on the other side of the Warschauer Brücke will take you directly into Kreuzberg. The apartment is in the Hinterhaus, so it's very quiet.
I’ve listed up some of the specs, I am probably forgetting a bunch, so you better just come visit and see for yourself, or ask me!
