Hi, da ich meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung ab Ende Februar / Anfang März auf unbestimmte Zeit nicht nutzen werde möchte ich diese gerne untervermieten.
Die Wohnung kostet 770 € pro Monat alles inklusive (Strom, Gas und Internet).
Die Mindestmietdauer beträgt 3 Monate.

Die Wohnung ist möbliert mit einer Couch, sowie einen Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und stereo-anlage.
Auch die Küche und das Badezimmer sind komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was man so braucht.
Bei Bedarf kann ich auch noch ein Fernseher zur Verfügung stellen.

Die Wohnung ist ruhig, geräumig und hat einen schönen Ausblick in den Himmel und auf die grünen Hinterhöfe, da sich die Wohnung im obersten Stockwerk in dem sanierten Berliner Altbau befindet.

Hi, my name is Robert and I would like to sublet my place in Friedrichshain from the 29.02.2016 / 01.03.2016 on.

The apartment costs 770€ per month everthing (internet, wlan, warm water, heating, electricity) included.
The minimum rental period is 3 months.

It is located in the north of one of the city's most happening neighborhoods - colorful, quirky Friedrichshain with its many clubs, cafes, parks, nice bars, bakeries and second-hand shops. 5 minutes away by foot is one of the biggest parks in Berlin: the Volkspark Friedrichshain.

So the apartment is very good located in the center of Berlin
The next Metrotramstation is
Landsberger Allee/
Petersburger Strasse (with the M10, which drives everday all night long): 2 min
walking distance
and the Train Station Landsberger Allee (with the Ringbahn) is also only 2 minutes walking distance away.
So you can reach:
Alexanderplatz: 8 min, Warschauer Strasse: 7 min, Eberswalder Strasse 10 min
Volksparkpark Friedrichshain (a big parc with a volleyballarea and tennis area and many more) 3 min
In the near of the apartment are many Cafes, Restaurants, Bars and Nightclubs and sights and so on.
Also in the same house of the apartment is a little restaurant and a grocery (Spätkauf).
And on the opposite of the street is an hamburger restaurant which serves delicious hamburgers and snacks.
