Helle 1-Raum Wohnung zu vermieten (01.06.2024 bis vorerst 15.09.2024)

Helle und ruhige 1 Raum Wohnung, ca. 5 min zu Fuß von der Simon-Dach-Straße entfernt.
Unzählige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe, sowie 5 min zu Fuß die U-Bahn  Samariterstraße und 10 min entfernt die S-Bahn Frankfurter Allee.

Ich bin aktuell im Ausland und suche einen ordentlichen Untermieter, aktuell wohnt ein Pärchen in der Wohnung, welches ende Mai auszieht. Die Wohnung ist nicht für Partys geeignet, da auch die Nachbarschaft sehr ruhig ist.

Die Wohnung ist voll möbiliert und auch sonstige Gegenstände für den täglichen Gebrauch sind vorhanden. Da ich nach dieser Zeit wieder einziehe, würde ich einige private Dinge in der Wohnung lassen, ich räume aber natürlich genügend Regale für deine Sachen frei.

Da ich weiterhin in der Wohnung gemeldet bin und auch meine Post dort ankommt, wäre es wichtig, dass jemand in der Wohnung ist der kein Problem hätte die Post regelmäßig zu meinen Eltern zu schicken (natürlich gegen Kostenerstattung)

Die Kaution und die erste Monatsmiete müssen gleich gesamt zum Einzugsdatum, gerne auch mit Schlüsselübergabe. überwiesen werden. Die Kaution überweise ich direkt nach Auszug wieder zurück.

Eine Anmeldung ist möglich, da ein offizieller Mietvertrag ausgestellt wird.

Bright and quiet 1 room apartment, about 5 min walk from Simon-Dach-Straße.
Countless shopping opportunities directly nearby, as well as 5 min walk to the subway Samariterstraße and 10 min away the S-Bahn Frankfurter Allee.

The apartment is not suitable for parties, as the neighborhood is also very quiet.

The apartment is fully furnished and also other items for daily use are available. Since I move back in after this time, I would leave some private things in the apartment, but of course I clear enough shelves for your things.

Since I am still registered in the apartment and also my mail arrives there, it would be important that there is someone in the apartment who would have no problem to send the mail regularly to my parents (of course against reimbursement).

The deposit and the first month's rent must be paid in full at the time of moving in, or at the time of handing over the keys. I transfer the deposit back directly after moving out.

Registration is possible, as an official rental contract will be issued.
