370.49 EUR/month UNTERMIETE STUDENT APARTMENT

I am subletting (Untermiete) my 1-room apartment for a period of 1-2 months (only). It is 2 minutes to S-Grunewald.
Even though it is a student dorm it has kitchen and toilet in every apartment so you don´t have to share with others, basically your own flat.
Price is 370.49 EUR/month + ARD/ZDF Beitrag + Kaution/Deposit (Negotiable)
*I can only rent this room to a student which has a student certificate/status in Berlin because we sign an official contract with Studierendenwerk.
*You have to be on STW waiting list for a dormitory.
*Also, there was an issue with bed bugs 8 months ago (few of them), now there shouldn't be a problem, since the company was hired 2 times. However there is always a chance. If that is fine with you, write me.
*Additional contract next to official will be signed, just to make sure that all possible damages are covered after rent.
