Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchende,

ich plane, in den Urlaub zu fahren und möchte meine gemütliche 1,5-Zimmer-Wohnung mit 60qm und einem großzügigen Balkon für den Zeitraum vom 20. Februar bis zum 5. April 2024 untervermieten. Das Beste daran? Die Tage im Februar und April gibt es kostenlos dazu, falls das für dich praktisch ist!

Lage: Meine Wohnung befindet sich in der Flottwellstraße 44, direkt am Gleisdreieckpark, der zum Joggen und Spazierengehen wie gemacht ist. Du bist nur 5 Minuten entfernt von den U-Bahn-Stationen Mendelsohn-Bartholdy-Park und Gleisdreieck, was dir eine hervorragende Anbindung bietet.

Miete: Die Miete beträgt 950 EUR, Nebenkosten inklusive. (Sollte das dein Budget übersteigen, kannst du dich gerne mit einem Angebot ab 800 EUR bei mir melden. Würde mich dann ggf. bei dir melden. Auf Kaution verzichte ich, muss dir eh vertrauen können.

Über die Wohnung: Sie ist 1,5 Zimmer groß, voll möbliert und ausgestattet – bereit, um direkt einzuziehen. Werde alles im Keller verstauen, was du nicht benötigst Lass uns das gerne absprechen. Die Wohnung wird vor meiner Abreise noch einmal gründlich gereinigt, und ein weiterer Putztermin Mitte März ist auch schon organisiert und wird von mir übernommen. Du müsstest nur den Termin mit meiner Putzfee ausmachen. Sie weiss, was zu tun ist und macht es auch richtig gut!

Zu dir: Ich habe keine speziellen Regeln. Einigermaßen respektvoller Umgang mit dem Mobiliar versteht sich ja von selbst – bin aber auch nicht pingelig, falls mal etwas kaputt geht oder so. Die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich. Da die Wände sehr dick sind, stört man sich da auch nicht. Ein Anliegen noch: Es wäre großartig, wenn du meine Post sammeln könntest.

Location: My apartment is located at Flottwellstraße 44, right next to Gleisdreieckpark, which is perfect for jogging and walking. You're only 5 minutes away from the Mendelsohn-Bartholdy-Park and Gleisdreieck subway stations, which gives you excellent connections.

About the apartment: It is 1.5 rooms in size, fully furnished and equipped - ready to move in immediately. I will store everything you don't need in the cellar. The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned before I leave, and another cleaning appointment in mid-March has already been organized and will be done by me. All you have to do is make an appointment with my cleaning lady. She knows what to do and does it really well!

About you: I don't have any special rules. Treating the furniture with a certain amount of respect goes without saying - but I'm not fussy either, should you have a small mishap. As the walls are very thick, you won't be bothered. One more request: It would be great if you could collect my mail.
