The flat is in the best part of the town, just behind the Mehringplatz and U-Hallesches Tor, -the main entrance to the building is from Friedrichstrasse! The quarter is very quite, though it lays in THE center of Berlin: 2 stations to the clubs and pubs and Kotbusser Tor (U1), 2 stations to Stadtmitte (U6), 3 stations to Kurfürstendamm, 3 mins walking to Kochstrasse. U1, U6, M29, M41 etc. are just in the corner!

The flat is on the 7. floor, has a big balcony and the best view over Berlin! The southern wall of the living room is all covered by windows and you'll fall in love with the free view over the city. You'll have a big bright blue sky and sun shining the full day into the flat, which is really rare in Berlin!

The flat is fully furnished:
- In the living room: 1 king size bed for two, 1 wooden table and 2 wooden seats, 1 desk and 1 luxury seat, 1 coffee table, 3 luxury bookshelves, 1 blue sofa, 1 antique floor lamp, 1 TV, 1 high end hifi system (and many LP's!) and a playstation.
- In the kitchen: microwave, coffee machine, toaster and all necessary kitchen equipment etc.
- In the bathroom: a huge bathtub, a smal washing machine etc.

High speed DSL connection, cable TV connection and strom price is included.

You'll have to pay 400 euro for everything for 30 days and 200 euro deposit before I leave.

The flat is well equiped and suited for a COUPLE! And believe me, it is almost imposible to get a flat in Xberg these days...

On Sunday, 12.07 between 13:00-15:00;
On Monday, 13.07 between 13:00-15:00;
and anyday when I am available if you call me.

Bring a copy of your id and pass with you, so that we can sign a small contract if we can agree.

PS: Tip for finding: Walk into the Friedrichstr. form U1 or U6 Hallesches Tor and turn left from the Kaisers into the painted buildings!
