Loftartige Altbauwohnung am Lausitzer Platz / Wrangelkiez

Schöne Zweizimmerwohnung, die ich zu einer loftartigen Altbauwohnung umgebaut habe. Es gibt einen grossen, offenen Wohnraum mit einem schönen Erker, Küchenzeile, grossem Esstisch und Sofa. Das Bad wurde letztes Jahr neu gemacht, es gibt einen kleinen Raum (Schlafkoje) als Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung liegt im 3.OG im Vorderhaus, Fenster gehen zur ruhigen Muskauer Strasse raus. Die Wohnung hat alles, was ein schöner Altbau zu bieten hat, Dielen, Stuck, Doppelfenster aus Holz etc.

Es gibt eine breite Matratze (140cm), die Couch kann ausgezogen werden, Bettzeug/Handtücher sind vorhanden.

Die Lage ist gut, Lausitzer Platz direkt um die Ecke, ebenso die Markthalle sowie nette Cafes und Bars.

Nice flat on the 3rd floor of an Altbau, wood floor, wooden double windows and a high ceiling with stucco.

Situated next to Lausitzer Platz in Kreuzberg its the actual place to be, bars, restaurants and parks all around the corner, nice food of the region can be obtained in the nearby markthalle.

I am an architect and I converted this classical 2-room apartment into a big open living space with kitchen, dining and sofa area. The bedroom is reduced to the necessary minimun, a cosy bunk for sleeping. The bathroom is new with a bath tub, the kitchen I built myself.

In terms of privacy the open plan of the apt. is best for couples or friends, the bunk has a double-matress (140cm), the sofa works as
a daybed for up to 2 more people. bedding and towels are provided,
the kitchen is fully functionable, there is a washing-machine in the bath.
