1 bedroom in Graefestr. for sublet
charcoal-heating
from now - October
this is a 2 bedroom apartment but I sublet the apt as 1 bdr apartment.
in may and june we share the apt. (I am the flatmate: female artist 31 years old.)
Because of a project in Cairo i am subletting my apartment but leaving my belongings in one room. For the period of my abscence you would pay 380 (the whole rent of the apt.) In may and june I would be in Berlin and we share the apt. your rent during these month will be just 250 euros. at both times you have just one room (the large room) for yourself, since the small room will be occupied by my stuff, also the hallway is occupied by my material.
Your room is a nice 23 sqmeter room with charcoal-oven in a shared 2 bedroom apt Kreuzberg/Graefestaße. 380 euros is all inclusive except for charcoal which can be bought at any Netto store.
please note that the heating is a charcoal-oven, means you will have to buy charcoal and heat the room every day in order to be warm...(if you are at home all the time you need about 30 kg per week if weather is freezing like today ) apart from this inconvenience, the room is nice and has a Hochbett. You need to be able to put up with some cold by times, but in the summer you will be rewarded, when the apt unfolds all its qualities... the bathroom is small but the shower is warm... The hallway is stuffed, so there is not much storing space.
the room is available from now until mid or end of october.
The room is perfect for you if you are an artist aswell, you might be able to work in the room if your work is rather small scale. You can also profit from my tools if you need to borrow any since I am storing my studio in the hallway... The Hochbett and the charcoal oven both demand a certain level of physical fitness and the room is hence not suitable for wheelchair user or people with any physical restrictions, sorry! Dogs are not allowed, unfortunately.
Visiting possible either today (feb 3rd) or on feb. 17th at daytime.
