Hübsche 1-Zimmer-Wohnung im schönen Kreuzberg

Hallo,
ich ziehen aus meiner Wohnung aus und suche für 2 Monate einen Untermieter.
Die Wohnung hat eine kleine Küche in der man zu 2. gut sitzen kann, ein Bad mit Badewanne und ein großes Zimmer. Da ich meine Möbel zum Teil in der neuen Wohnung brauche, lasse ich nur das nötigste da: Bett, kleiner Schrank, Kühlschrank, Küchentisch+Stuhl, einige Kochutensilien
Die Lage ist perfekt um mit dem Fahrrad (kann man um die Ecke leihen) Kreuzberg und die Umgebung zu erkunden. 2min zum Görlitzer Park (U1), 5min zum Kottbusser Tor (U8), Bus M29 vor der Haustür, direkt hinter dem Landwehrkanal an dem 2x mal die Woche der türkische Markt stattfindet, Supermarkt, Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe.
Für den gesamten Zeitraum hätte ich gerne 800€ Miete und 500€ Kaution.

I'm moving to another apartment and want to sublet my current apartment for 2 months.
The apartment has a small kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and a big room. Since I will need part of my furniture in the new apartment i will leave only the important stuff for you: a bed, small wardrobe, fridge, kitchentable+chair and a few cooking utensils
The location is perfect to explore Kreuzberg and the area (bikes can be rented just around the corner). It's about 2 minutes walk to Görlitzer Park (U1), 5 minutes to Kottbusser Tor (U8) and the bus M29 stops in front of the house. It's just one block away from Landwehrkanal where you can find a turkish street market twice a week and there are lots of restaurants and bars close by. There are also several supermarkets in walking distance.
It's 800€ rent for 2 months and 500€ bond (which you get back at the end)
