I have to move out of my beautiful, beautiful apartment by the canal. It is located directly across the Turkish market on the sunny south side on Paul Lincke Ufer. You get the most incredible view of the water and sun the whole day. The apartment is perfect for one person, but I will also accept a nice couple in need. It is definitely not a party building because you have many families living here. You will find everything you need inside. Fully furnished and with a washing machine. You will be in the ideal location to enjoy Kreuzberg's and NK's best spots, 5 min walking to Kotti and Goerli Park, 30 seconds to the Canal and 15 min to Weserstrasse. 5 min walk to U8 and U12. All supermarkets really close, your choice!
I loved living here but unfortunately I have to move out because the owner wants to move back in. If you are interested write me a few words about yourself and we will set up a meeting.
