Beautiful canal views 7 mths on Maybachufer canal Kreuzkölln

Book your Berlin retreat on the famous Maybachufer canal, in the heart of hip Kreuzberg/Neukölln. Enjoy beautiful leafy canal views, balcony and floor to ceiling windows with lots of natural light, as well as Berlin's best cafes, bars, food and artist markets right at your doorstep. My lovely home has a warm 'zen' feel, quality fittings, lots of books and is fully equipped for long stays (* for singles only *).

I'm looking for a nice, professional, mature, friendly and clean single person (no couples, sorry) to take care of the place, (and my plants) for minimum 7 months while I'm away. It's a beautiful calm place to study/work and relax and unwind, not to party (the neighbours are very sensitive). No smoking inside, pets or parties.

Available 15 Mar 2024 - 15 Oct 2024 (7 months). The monthly rent is 1200 euros warm (all bills included) + 2000 euro refundable deposit.

Note: You will then need to sign a sublet contract, and also an internet policy contract with the landlord (confirming no illegal downloads or illegal streaming) which is pretty standard in Germany. You will also need to provide a valid ID, job contract and the last 3 months payslips (must be recent), as well proof of German personal liability insurance for landlord approval.
