It is a cozy 1-room apartment with high ceilings in the heart of the famous Kreuzberg. Since I usually live there myself, it is equipped with everything you could need. The small kitchen has an oven, a fridge, a microwave and all those small gadget that come in handy if you love cooking or baking. The flat is situated in one of Berlin’s most hip areas with a big variety of restaurants and bars available right around the corner. My street is quite calm so you don't have to fear party noise =)

The flat is a cozy place allowing you to relax and chill after a long day and exhausting sightseeing trips. If you enjoy cooking at home, the kitchen is equipped with anything you could need. The Bathroom includes a washing machine that can be used in case needed. The flat faces the courtyard of the house, which is why it is mostly quiet during the night and you don't have to fear party people celebrating in front of your window. It's in the second floor - not too far up in the house =D
Since it is my own little paradise and I do live there all the rest of the year, I would ask you to treat the flat and all its equipment with respect and keep it in the same condition as you found it - if we can agree on that, feel free to feel at home in my little castle =)
The area is a colorful mixture of original Berlin and hip new vibes. If you enjoy drinking coffee, you will find plenty of delicious cafés around the corner, that roast their own coffee and will serve you the most delicious coffee of your choice and most probably some very good cake as well =)
For the ones who like to eat out, there is a long list of great and not too expensive restaurants offering food from all over the world. Whether it is some fresh made falafel, a true to original Italian Pizza or one of the most renowned Ramen places in Berlin - you will find all that in walking distance of the flat. Since most of the famous clubs in Berlin are located more in the eastern part of the city, they are not too far away from the neighborhood so you can easily go out and enjoy the famous nightlife of Berlin. If you want to start the evening with a fresh beer, you will find plenty of hip little bars in the area, that allow you to have a drink in a nice atmosphere. If you enjoy going to museums, the most renowned ones are just a few metro- or bus stops away. I am happy to leave you a list with my favorite spots should you wish to have some recommendations =)
The flat is located very close to the Landwehrkanal - a little waterway running through the city where you can have a nice morning run or go for a little walk. Also the Spree (the big river crossing Berlin) is not far away - the famous Oberbaum bridge is only a 15 minutes’ walk away - and just another 5-10 minutes more and you will be at the East Side Gallery and can take a stroll along the Berlin wall that used to separate the city in former days.
The location of the flat requires a little walking affinity, since it is between 10 and 15 minutes away from the surrounding metro stations. There is a bus going through the city center just 3 walking minutes away, if you prefer taking the bus. It will also bring you to the next metro station. In general, the public transportation system in Berlin is very dense and well working.
Several supermarkets in the area allow easy food shopping and bakeries offer you anything you could wish for your breakfast.
