I am subletting out my flat for a long-term period (at least 3 months, can of course be extended):
Top location, in the heart of Kreuzberg near Hasenheide: It is only a few minute walk from U7 Südstern and also very close to Bergmannkiez and Tempelhofer Feld.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a nice meal.
The bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine.
The flat is very quiet, as it is in the backyard.
For one person only, no pets, no smoking, no parties.

- An HQ Beaner (Media Projector) for fans of the home cinema experience 🙂
- Wifi Internet
- Additional storage space in the entrance hall
- Vacuum Cleaner
- The photo with the guy on the couch is the latest furnishing wise.

אני מציע לסאבלט את הדירה שלי (ללא שותפים) לתקופה ארוכת טווח (לפחות 3-5 חודשים, ניתן להארכה):
מיקום מעולה, בלב קרויצברג בכניסה לפארק הסנהיידה, 2 דקות הליכה לתחנת U7 Südstern וגם קרוב מאוד לברגמנקיץ ולטמפלהופר פלד.
המטבח מאובזר בכל מה שצריך לבישול (כיריים+תנור, מקרר מובנה בארון מטבח, כלים, סכו"ם ומכונת סודה סטרים).
חדר הרחצה כולל אמבטיה ומכונת כביסה.
הדירה שקטה מאוד, פונה אל החצר האחורית - ירוקה במיוחד.
מתאימה מאד לאחת/ד , ללא חיות מחמד, ללא עישון וללא מסיבות.

כמו כן:
- מקרן איכותי לחובבי חווית הקולנוע הביתי 🙂
- אינטרנט Wifi פרטי - שטח איחסון נוסף במסדרון כניסה
- שואב אבק
- התמונה עם הבחור על הספה היא העדכנית לתאריך זה מבחינת ריהוט
