I'm giving up the contract to my wonderful studio flat, and I'm now looking for someone to take it over just as it is. It's fully furnished with everything you need: kitchen utilities, coffee maker, washing machine, fridge, two desks + chairs, lamps, a big closet/cupbord and a single bed (it's a big room so it can easily be replaced with a double).
The kitchen has an oven, hob, fridge, freezer and all the kitchen utilities will be left for you to use. Your bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and all the normal toilet stuff. There's a big beautiful balcony, pointing to a green area with trees and flowers.
I will leave the washing machine, the fridge and all the furniture that I bought new from IKEA when I moved in, therefore I'm looking for someone who'd like to take this over with a small fee of €200.
I've lived here for almost two years and it's been wonderful, but will now move to Hamburg and will sadly have to give my flat up.
It looks like it's a bit far away on the map, but the transportation is so good and easy that you'll be anywhere you need to be in Berlin with a maximum travel time of 20 minutes. You'll reach the S-Bahn station within a 10 minutes walk, where you can take the S25. You'll be in Südkreuz in 8 minutes, Potsdamer Platz in 13 minutes and Friedrichstraße in around 17 minutes. There are also buses 4 minutes from your door, going to Rathaus Steglitz where you can take buses or U-Bahn to Kurfurstendamm, or anywhere you need to go in Berlin, really. There’s also a bus right outside the door that goes to the Freie Universität Berlin in 10min.
It's a beautiful, safe and green area with parks, a sports arena, gyms, shops, a river and lakes just around your apartment. There's a Kaufland 5 minutes away from your door and a Kaiser's within 10 minutes. You'll find a Postoffice, library, clothing stores and everything else you need with a 5 minute bus rise to Rathaus Steglitz.
There's a deposit to be paid to the landlord when you go to sign the contract. The dry rent is on €331/month excluding heating + internet. I've had a basic heating package of €40/month and it's been great + a normal internet, so your own rent won't reach over €400, which is an amazing price for a flat in Berlin nowadays.
There is no minimum stay in your contract, and you can cancel any time with a cancellation notice of 3 months. You're allowed to sub-rent it while still being the main tenant, so you could easily go away for work, internships or just holiday.
PLEASE NOTICE:
The viewings will be held on FEBRUARY 13th from morning to the afternoon. If you'd like to come for the viewing, please email me with a bit about yourself, if the dates/price works for you and we'll schedule a time.
If you are really interested and serious about the flat but can't attend the 13th of February, email me and we might be able to agree on an alternative.
PLESE NOTICE: I'm looking for someone who'd like to take over all my furniture, just as it is.
