HI, I’M SCHRAT. THIS IS MY STUDIO. I sublet the back-room of my studio, and love to find cool new friends.
Its the one with the green floor in the images, but it always looks different.... (((-; Thats a complete flat, with Kitchen and Bathroom, so to count it as square meters is a bit odd, since you can use everything. Some of my guests tend to sit in the Kitchen all the time... If it makes sense, you can also do art in the studiospace, but usually thats where I am.
I keep the price low, 400 € month,. There is WIFI, which is included. Loated nice directly at the Museums Island. There os a large room, my studio, 6 x 5 m (painting, drawing) the backroom 5 x 5 m is your space.
There is a kitchen and a bathroom, washing mashine, fridge etc. a fully equippted but basic flat. (Ground floor). Please take a look at the photos: Its a STUDIOFLAT, so all pretty basic AND NOT CLEAN.
You can do everything, change everything, Make yourself a home, mi casa es su casa as the Spanish say. (((-;
So I am looking for relaxed but reliable people.
If we get along well, we could extend, I just do not want to rent it on a permanent basis anymore and want to be more flexible, so maximum time 2-3-4 Months, but as said: You might stay, I had a scottish artist staying for two years... best man ever.... became friends.

Now the cool price comes with a condition: I run an artschool (together with a friend) twice a week in my studio, thursdays and fridays 17 - 21:30. In very rare occasions, its all of a sudden so full of people, that we need your room. Normally its just 6 - 8 people, but occasionally everyone comes at the same time and than the studio is just to small.
