50m2_SPACIOUS,BRIGHT,COZY 1Room APT in MITTE_18th AUG-> 8th SEP

Hi there,

This very bright and cozy 50m2 one room apt, in between U Weinmeisterstr and Rosa-Luxemburg and Rosenthaler platz (less than 3-5min walk to each one of them), is to be rented from Friday 18TH of AUGUST until the 8TH of SEPTEMBER (or possibibly longer - max untill the 12th though..) - So basically 22 days/ 3weeks.

The price for the whole period would be 572euros all included.
The price is calculated on daily basis :
per day is 26euros in case you re alone; 34euros if you are 2 people. (3 people are not possible, sorry.)
(note that you d have to be interested in at least 10 days, starting from the 18th -
so, overnight rental is not possible : not a hostel)

The apt (in an "altbau" building) has wooden floors, high ceilings (3rd floor), a big kitchen, a sweet bathroom with bathtub, and a very big room...
Since the apt is furnished, a deposit as well as a copy of your ID would be asked for.
It has anyone can need as well as High speed internet and Wireless.
The street it is situated in is very calm, though in the middle of Mitte. There are nice cafés, deli shops, supermarkets, clubs, bars, parks, bike rentals... and and and, just around the corner..


You'd have to be a cat lover, since my cute 1,5year old laid back, clean and funny cat dude would be in the apartment and happy to have someone who cuddles and plays with him once in a while (on top of feeding and cleaning his toilet of course).
He's not a "glue", but likes company and needs a little chat here and then.

(Eventually the cat won't be there- but nothing is less sure..)
