**********Wohnungstausch - Housing Swap - Berlin - London**********
Wanna spend some time in Germany's most interesting and fun city?
Then this is the right ad for you.
I would like to stay UP TO THREE MONTHS in London (earliest mid July until latest end of October) and was hoping to find someone here who'd swap places for that period of time OR SHORTER.
What I'm searching for
I don't necessarily need much space, so a room in a flat share (English native speaking flat mates preferred) would be just as good as a 1 bedroom flat.
The place should be located in zone 1 - 3, preferrably anywhere north of the Thames with good public transport connections.
What you get
My spacious studio flat (42m²) is clean and fully furnished with everything one needs:
- king size bed, comfy couch (can also be used as a bed), TV and desk
- kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and sink
- bathroom with bathtub
- closets and a wardrobe
- telephone (calls to landlines in the UK, Germany, Austria, Denmark, France, Italy, the Netherlands and Spain are free) and unlimited broadband internet
- and for all the smokers out there, a small balcony with sunbed
Situated right between the suburbs Prenzlauer Berg, Mitte and Wedding and very close to three trams (M8, M10, M12), two metros (U6, U8) and the train (S1, S2, S25) it's real easy to get almost anywhere day and night.
In addition you'll get to go to any of these five great gyms (http://www.jopp.ag/ - two are close by) for free if you're female.
If this sounds even remotely interesting for you and you think your place could be right for me, gimme a yell and we can discuss this further.
For any questions, please don't hesitate to email.
Cheers
Silva
PS: More photos will be uploaded soon.

There's also plenty of things to do nearby (shopping, supermarkets, bars, parks, clubs, restaurants).
