The apartment is located just 2 minutes walk away from the station and two supermarkets. It takes less than five minutes by train to Alexander Platz. In your block you share the kitchen, corridor, and the bathroom with three other people. Your room is for one person except for occasional guests. The apartment is basically for students and I am subletting it because I moved to another apartment. The apartment is fully furnished and you can exchange bed sheets every month. Shared places are cleaned every week for free but there are cleaning rules for tenants. I am looking for a responsible person who would handle things as I do while benefiting from my contract. If you feel this offer is for you, act as fast as you can. I can arrange visits for genuine requests.
Two minutes from U ban station Brunnen Str. Train with U8 takes you to Alexanderplatz with in less than five minutes. two supermarkets are adjacent to the apartment. It is located at the juncture of Brunnen Str. and Bernauer Str. where you could see the mark of Berlin wall. The nearby park and Sunday market place are other attractions.
I would prefer email over phone for the first contact. However if you want the apartment for one person, want to rent it until the end of February, and feel that you can handle things as I do while benefiting form my contract, you could call me even for the first request.
