We would like to sublet our apartment to one person or a couple for two months.
The apartment is 70 m² and has two rooms, but we would like to keep one of the rooms closed. Nevertheless no one else will reside in the apartment during your stay and you would have the privacy and access to all the apartment. It means you'll have around 50 m² space which includes your room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony, all fully furnished. The bed is queen size and quite suitable for one person or a couple. We are at the heart of Berlin next to the river and Berlin's old quarter as well as Alexanderplatz and the TV tower, all accessible within 10 minutes walk. Other lively neighborhoods like Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain are very close by, only one or two metro station or 15 minutes walk.
There are supermarkets, shops, restaurants and cafes all within short walking distance nearby. Different means of public transport are right at the corner, such as S5, S7, S9, S75, U8, U2, as well as bus lines. You just need to walk for 5 minutes to the direction of each station.
Smoking inside apartment is not allowed.We have very nice and quiet neighbors and it is expected from all residents not to make loud noises after 10 pm.
