One person furnished studio

Hello!
I’m subletting my studio from 01.08 - 29.09 as I will be traveling during that time. The studio is only for one person student or internship (sorry, landlord rules). Anmeldung possible

🌱bright furnished room with its own bathroom and small kitchen (with microwave, fridge, induction stove)
🌱Neubau, in-floor heating
🌱5th floor, nice view towards the sunny inner courtyard
🌱500m away from Alexanderplatz, the building has a Netto and there are multiples gyms nearby
🌱washing machine and dryer in the building
🌱i pay warm 703€/month (653 warm + 50 Strom) and the company that administrates the building is charging 119€ for subletting (making the whole process official with a proper contract and everything),getting the total at 1525€ for the whole 2 month period (+700 for deposit)

🌱The studio is primarily for students or trainees
🌱You need to complete a self disclosure form which i will send to them and then i will let you know if they accept it or not
🌱I can set a day or two for viewings but before the 22nd of august

Ps: The furniture will only be the bed with two large shelves underneath for storage and a bedside table with small shelves.
