Short-term studio apartment (Einzimmerwohnung) on canal in Neukölln

I am offering my fully-furnished and equipped studio apartment located directly on Neukölln's Landwehrkanal for a one month rental, with the possibility to extend for up to three months total. The flat is perfect for a single or couple for a short stay in Berlin, between contracts or while looking for another long-term flat.

The main room of the flat is a living/bedroom with a double bed (140x200), couch, wardrobe and dining/working table. I will provide you with several sets of sheets and towels. The bathroom is newly refurbished with a standing shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics you need for cooking along with a two-seat counter for eating, preparing food or working. The flat is equipped with a washing machine and well-functioning wifi as well.

The flat is located on a very quiet block directly on the canal near Wildenbruchstraße, one of Neukölln's most charming streets, full of cafés, restaurants and shops. There are several grocery stores within a five minute walk, a bus stop steps from the door and U-Bahnhof Rathaus Neukölln is a 10-15 minute walk away. I could potentially provide you with a bike for the duration of your stay, let me know if you are interested in that possibility.

Total rent per month is 1100€ (1150€ for a couple) all included. I will also take a deposit of 250€, which will be returned to you as soon as I can confirm the state of the apartment after your rental ends (within one week of move-out).
