ASAP: Subletting my beautiful flat with balcony in Neukölln from 27.02. - 12.04.

UPDATE: I lowered the price from 900€ because my rent got lowered too.

Ich vermiete meine schöne 1-Zimmerwohnung mit Balkon für knapp zwei Monate, während ich weg bin. Natürlich sind es für den zweiten Monat weniger als 840 Euro weil es kein voller Monat ist. Ungefähr vom 27.02. - 12.04., eventuell auch früher! Sie ist möbliert und mit allem Wichtigen ausgestattet. 840 Euro pauschal plus 400 € Kaution. Ich suche nach einer respektvollen und vertrauenswürdigen Person, der ich meine Wohnung für diese Zeit anvertrauen kann. Keine Haustiere und rauchen nur auf dem Balkon erlaubt. Die Lage ist unschlagbar und es ist sehr ruhig in der Wohnung. Die untere Wärmezufuhr vom Ofen ist leider momentan kaputt, die obere funktioniert aber und es gibt einen Herd und eine Mikrowelle. Ein Schreibtisch zum Arbeiten ist vorhanden.
Leider ist er Preis ist aufgrund einer Staffelmiete und steigenden Strom- und Heizkosten so hoch.

I'm subletting my lovely 1-room flat with balcony for a month while I am away. Around the 27.02. - 12.04. - slightly earlier is possible! Of course for the second month it will be less than 840 Euro since it's not al full month. It's furnished and includes everything important. Costs is 840€ a month for everything plus 400€ deposit. I am looking for a respectful and reliable person. No pets and smoking only permitted on the balcony. The area is unbeatable and it's very quite in the flat. The below heater from the oven is currently broken but the above heater works plus there is a stovetop and a microwave. There is a desk for working.
The price is high because of graduated rent and rising electricity and heating costs.
