Hello hello! I'm looking for someone to take care of my cute apartment right by Hermannplatz ASAP as I'm going away on a little work trip. It has a living room and a decently sized bathroom-toilet and a kitchen. Windows on one side of the apartment and a nice little balcony. Although I suppose it is a little too cold to use the balcony these days.
The apartment is fully furnished as I'm living there already and there is no scope to bring in new furniture. In the room there's a couch, bed, TV and a small closet for clothes. A lot of my stuff is already there, so please bear in mind that you would have to treat it responsibly. The shower is enclosed and there's a washer-dryer too. The kitchen is rudimentary but works well. There's a standard hot plate stove and oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. My condiments, pots, pans and plates are there too. Oh and a lovely little dinner table with two chairs!!
The location is right by Hermannplatz so you have access to U8 and U7. Edeka, BioCompany and Karlstadt are a stone's throw away. And to add the lovely area with food (Reuterkiez and Neukolln), bars (Weserstrasse, Friedelstrasse) and cafes (everywhere).
Kindly send a brief description of who you are and what you do in Berlin. I will respond asap, and would then ask you to have a copy of your documents: ID, proof of income (work contract and payslips) ready. Unfortunately the contract would have to be drawn only between the two of us and Anmeldung isn't possible. The high security deposit is to also deal with heating costs which we can discuss further ahead.
