Wohnung/WG im Schillerkiez - 1 Monat

Wir vermieten unser schönes Gäste-/Arbeitzimmer für den Monat Mai, da wir viel unterwegs sind und es in der Zeit nicht brauchen. Unsere Wohnung ist Teil eines ruhigen Gebäudes im Schillerkiez, es gibt keine Aufzug und die Wohnung ist im 4.OG. Das Zimmer hat Morgensonne und verfügt über eine Matratze, einen Schreibtisch, Regal und Kleiderstange. Es ist perfekt für diejenigen, die nach Ruhe und Privatsphäre suchen. Das angrenzende Bad wird fast ausschließlich von dir genutzt werden, was bedeutet, dass du morgens auf niemanden warten musst. Die Lage ist super - mitten im Geschehen von Neukölln, aber weit genug entfernt, um dem Trubel zu entfliehen. Die Küche und Wohnzimmer werden wir nur an ein paar Tagen mitbenutzen in der wir auch in der Wohnung sind, die andere Zeit über (ca. 3 Wochen) sind wir unterwegs.

We are renting out our beautiful guest/workroom for the month of May, as we are frequently away and won't be needing it during that time. Our apartment is part of a quiet building in the Schillerkiez area; there is no elevator, and the apartment is on the 4th floor. The room gets morning sun and comes furnished with a mattress, a desk, a shelf, and a clothing rack. It's perfect for those seeking peace and privacy. The adjacent bathroom is almost exclusively used by the tenant of the room, meaning you won't have to wait for anyone in the mornings. Kitchen and living room will be shared for a couple of days with us, the rest of the time we will be traveling. The location is excellent - right in the heart of Neukölln's vibrant scene, yet far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle.
